Digital Delivery Policy

Digital products

All products are digital. No physical item will be shipped.

Current purchase process

Online payment and automatic delivery are not currently active. Customers may contact support to arrange a purchase. We will not claim that a file has been automatically delivered before payment integration is active.

Delivery after payment integration

When the Creem integration is completed, a download link is intended to be provided after successful payment confirmation. The customer must provide a correct email address.

Delivery problems

If a download link cannot be accessed, or the wrong, damaged, or unreadable file is delivered, email support@sankobusinesslibrary.com. After verification, we will provide the correct working file.
